Meet Colene

Colene Rogers, aka The Talent Keeper (SHRM- SCP, PHR), is a 20+ Human Resources (HR) professional and the President and CEO of Retention Architects.

A boutique consulting firm, Retention Architects provides solutions for organizations to help them attract and retain their most appreciable asset: their people. Whether she is giving a keynote speech, conducting a workshop, developing a group of leaders, or coaching individuals, she is continually aiding and inspiring organizations to be their very best.

HR Florida President of the Year

Colene was awarded the 2016 HR Florida President of the Year by Council President Lynnette Holsinger. Colene served as the President of Big Bend SHRM (Tallahassee) which is one of the 28 Florida SHRM chapters.
